About the class:

Financial Technology, commonly known as Fintech, is a whole new industry composed of companies that use technology to make financial services more innovative and efficient. Fintech companies—usually start-ups, highly reliant on software—are set up to challenge, disrupt and disintermediate traditional financial systems (asset management, business and personal loans, fundraising, money transfers, and the way we invest). They are questioning conventional ways of doing things and, once successful, shaping the future of the financial services industry. In this masterclass, we will look at how some of the disruptions in the Fintech space can contribute to personal finance.
