Executive Masters In Leading Change

This two-year, part-time Masters program has been developed by experienced change experts for business leaders, managers, change agents, consultants, entrepreneurs, strategists, and innovators facing disruption. The aim is to specifically address the unique challenges within organizations operating in an increasingly uncertain, complex, and fast-changing environment, where standard approaches no longer work.

Curriculum

The program will change your understanding of global systems, challenges, paradigms and trends that are shaping the territory of change and how this impacts organizations. You will discover how a change agent can intervene in complex systems, co-create cultures of change and innovation for a better world, and be given practical tools to help lead change and innovation back in the workplace.

This innovative degree offers you a blended learning experience, delivered using a mixture of face-to-face workshops, compulsory online workshops and seminars, and through virtual discussions with other students. A key part of the program is to learn through reflective practice and inquiry. The highly participative nature of the workshops enables you to exchange your experiences with the group, allowing the immediate application of new approaches and methodologies to your practice.

Entry requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, or significant professional experience without an undergraduate degree
  • Minimum of five years' experience in an organizational intervention role
  • English proficiency
